It was close to the hospital, they were accommodating when I asked for a room on the main floor due to my moms heart condition, the breakfast was great, it has a nice pool and hot-tub,the beds were comfortable, and it was all just what we needed for a very low price!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a long day of travels and enjoyed the pool and hot tub tremendously! Waking up to a nice complimentary breakfast was awesome too, but the rate was the best on a tight budget for a last minute trip for medical purposes.

I was in Rochester for hip replacement surgery and spent 3 days at the motel before returning home to GA. I had an accessible room that worked out very well, but there was only a desk chair. My daughter asked the desk clerk, Josh, for a comfortable chair for me to sit in. He allowed her to take a chair from the lobby. We were extremely grateful for this.
